Rick, President of Anderson Homes, is a second-generation builder who grew up in the construction industry.   His experience in construction began in high school where he enjoyed summer employment working for various subcontractors, and continued through his college years where he developed a broad range of practical skills and knowledge. He graduated from Washington State University in 1979 with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance. Although detail oriented, and a stickler for cost control, Rick attributes his success to his desire to treat people with dignity and respect.
